National Camp 2017 will once again feature opportunities for your talents to shine!
- Daily Jam Sessions
- Homegrown Talent Contest
- Evening campfire programs
- Wandering Minstrels
- Old-Time Dance lessons
The Jam Sessions will alternate between singing and instrumental as the focus of the day. Everyone is welcome! We might experiment with rhythms and simple instruments too.
The Homegrown Talent Show will feature some excellent prizes. Entries can be musical, dance, skits, recitations... anything entertaining!
A special Pathfinder Campfire Program will happen Tuesday evening hosted by the Red Deer Woodchucks Club. Other campfire singalongs will happen throughout the week.
The Wandering Minstrels will turn up when you least expect and cause you to sing, dance or both!
Bring your singing voice, and an instrument if you play one (fiddle, mandolin, keyboard, bones, dobro, pennywhistle, bouzouki, drum.... ALL skill levels are welcome!)
